Sharon Elizabeth Davis Casner, 59, of Kinston passed away on Friday, January 4, 2019 at her home.

She is survived by her husband James “Igor” Casner of the home, daughter Melissa Lamm and husband Stewart, three grandchildren; Halie, Hannah and Sophie, sister JoAnne Dixon and husband Tommy, nieces; Amy Davis Nethercutt, Holly Davis, Lori Kelly and Piper Davis.

Sharon is preceded in death by her parents, Johnnie Davis and Vina Thompson Davis, brothers Johnnie “Skipper” Davis and Donald Eugene Davis.

The family will receive friends and family from 6:30-8:00 p.m. at Garner Funeral Home on Sunday, January 6, 2019. A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, January 8, 2019 at Pinelawn Memorial Park.

Garner Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
