Carol Jean Bryson

Carol Jean Bryson, 75, of Hendersonville passed away on Monday, August 23, 2021 at Carolina East Medical Center in New Bern. Carol was a loving and devoted Christian. She always enjoyed cooking for her family and friends and spending time with them.

Carol is preceded in death by her parents, James and Margaret Bryson and sister, Donna Freeman.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughter, Terri Daughety Hall and husband Paul; sons, Lynwood “Woody” Daughety and wife Jo, Pete Daughety, James “Chop” Daughety and wife April; grandchildren, Courtney, Dustin, Jordan, Austin, Mallory, Justin, Joshua, Dallas, Madison, Natalie; great grandchildren, Ava, Aubrey, Vinny, Braeleigh, Thea; sisters, Barbara Sinclair and husband Bill and Alice Bryson; niece, Tammy Bryson.

The family will receive friends and family from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, August 27, 2021 at the home of Woody and Jo, 749 Goose Creek Road, New Bern, NC 28562. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 15, 2021 at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
