Chace Edward Pate

Chace Edward Pate, 36, of Kinston passed away on Sunday, November 6, 2022. He was a very brave, protective, loving, kind and generous person. Chace loved his family and children very much and he will be missed dearly.

He is preceded in death by his daughter, Mackenzie Pate; father, Craig Edward Pate; maternal grandparents, George Sandlin and Julia Shephard; paternal grandmother, Doris Howell Pate; step brother, Mikey Blansett.

Left to cherish his memory is his mother, Tammy Sandlin Perez and husband, Maxwell of Kinston; grandfather, Clarence Edward Pate; stepmother, Cheryl Blansett; daughters, Cloe Elizabeth Pate of Kinston, Skyla Pate of Grifton and Tinslea Pate; son, Landon Zdelar of Cove City; sister, Stormy Leigh Pate of GA; brothers, Bryan Craig Pate of Kinston, Dustin Lee Pate of Kinston; step sister, Julyssa Perez of FL; step brothers, Nick Blansett of GA, Cholo Perez of FL; very special life long friend, Amanda Davis Condon.

Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. to 1:00 p.m. Thursday, November 17, 2022 at Garner Funeral Home. Funeral service will be held following the visitation at 1:00 p.m. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park.
