Dallas “Jimmy” Sanderson, 58, of Kinston passed away on Saturday, October 30, 2021 at Nash UNC Healthcare.
He loved his wife with everything in his body. Jimmy enjoyed going to New South in LaGrange with his wife and friends. Dancing was a way for him to unwind. He was a jack of all trades but working in his yard was something he enjoyed doing. Keeping everything looking nice and beautiful was something he was very proud of. Besides being out in his yard, he enjoyed being outside deer hunting and fishing. Jimmy was a people person and would do anything to help someone in need. Being a part of Sandy Bottom Volunteer Fire Department was something he enjoyed doing in giving back to his community.
Jimmy is preceded in death by his father, Leslie Sanderson; sister, Kay Blake and brother, Donnie Sanderson.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, Teresa Sanderson of the home; mother, Lucy Sanderson; son, Eric Sanderson; daughter, Angel Williams; grandchildren, Hannah and Chole Marie “Sweetpea”; brother, Wayne Sanderson and wife Kim; sister-in-law, Peggy Scallan and husband Ken and fur baby, Jessi.
