Donna Lynn Hill

Donna Lynn Hill, 68, of Kinston passed away on Sunday, September 8, 2024 at Harmony Hall Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Donna loved country and Christian music. She was a strong Christian woman that loved her Lord from an early age. Donna enjoyed playing cards and Yahtzee. She loved her family and her family loved her.

She is preceded in death by her parents, Richard, Sr. and Zettie Hill; sister, Deborah Jones.

Left to cherish her memory is her sister, Bonnie Andrews and husband David; brothers, Richard Hill and wife Angela and Robert Hill and wife Laura; nieces, Tracy Jones, Tamela Wimmitt, Amy Dawson, Emily Dunn; nephews, Kenly Andrews, Davie Jones, Rick Hill, Cameron Hill, Ryan Hill; several great nieces and nephews; aunts and uncles, Peggy Ashe, Dixon and Jean Hill, Brenda and Kenny Smith; like a sister, Vickie Jordan and husband Eddie; and numerous other cousins.

The visitation will be held at 1:00 p.m. Thursday, September 12, 2024 at Cypress Creek Methodist Church, 2859 NC-41 W. Trenton, NC 28585. The funeral service will begin at 2:00 p.m. with Rev. Patricia Patton and Rev. Eddie Jordan officiating. The burial will follow at the Harper-Andrews Family Cemetery, 1093 NC-41 W., Trenton, NC 28585.
