Gladys Marie (Pate) Sutton

Gladys Pate Sutton, 90, of Kinston passed away on Tuesday, July 1, 2025.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kelly Sutton; sons, Joe Cash and Johnnie Cash; parents, Leon and Eliza Pate; sister, Margaret Carter and brothers, Leonard Pate and Leslie Pate.

Left to cherish her memory are her daughters, Betty Chastain and husband Michael, Connie Davis, Debbie Huffman and Linda Carter and husband Joe; sons, Billy Cash, Jesse Cash, Jr. and wife Annette and Sammy Cash and wife Pris, eighteen grandchildren; 54 great grandchildren and 33 great great grandchildren; brother, Thomas Pate.

A graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Monday July 7, 2025 at Pinelawn Memorial Park with Michael Chastain officiating.
