Obituary
Jackie Suggs Cox, 71, of Kinston passed away on Saturday, July 8, 2023, at Signature HealthCARE. She was a very loving mother, grandmother, and aunt to her family. Jackie enjoyed fishing and playing BINGO.
She is preceded in death by her parents, Burrell and Cleo Suggs; siblings, Wesley Suggs, Oscar Suggs, Burrell Suggs, Jr., Hilda Suggs Grant, Hazel Suggs French Melotte.
Jackie is survived by her daughter, Tina Whaley Moore and significant other Earl; grandson, Zackary Moore of Kinston; sister, Helen Brinkley and significant other Frankie of Ayden; several nieces and nephews.
The visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Wednesday, July 12, 2023 at Garner Funeral Home.
