Jeffrey “Jeff” Wayne Parrott, 62, of Trenton passed away on Monday, June 16, 2025. Jeff was born in Kinston, NC and was an Eagle Scout growing up and loved the outdoors. He worked on helping his grandparents farm when tobacco season started. Jeff loved the smell of the tobacco in the fields when it was time for harvesting. Growing up Jeff said he always wanted to drive a big truck or tractor trailer. He drove a tractor trailer hauling for US Mail for 41 years. He also drove for KDS, Postal Fleet and Kack Enterprise. Jeff loved his dogs, and his family. He always said God comes first then the dogs and cats, then family. Jeff was always there for anybody, if you needed help, he would be right there. He loved life and he will be missed dearly.
Left to cherish his memory is his wife, children and family, Edna Parrott, Angelina Parrott and Seleena Parrott; his fur babies, Jr., Hook, Coffee, Jack and Toby; his father, Franklin Parrott Sr., and brother, Frankie Parrott, Jr.
A visitation will be held at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 24, 2025 at Garner Funeral Home. Funeral service will begin at 9:30 a.m. with Richard Parker officiating. The burial will follow the funeral service at Westview Cemetery.
