Jesse Merritt Obituary

Jesse Engrem Merritt, 58 of Kinston, NC passed away January 1, 2020 at UNC Lenoir Hospital in Kinston. He is survived by his children Darcy Merritt, Tim Merritt, Alicia Merritt, one grandchild Khaleesi Merritt, and the children’s mother Debbie Driggs Merritt, all from Evanston, Wyoming.

Jesse is also survived by an extended family which includes three brothers: Teddy Shaffer, Jimmy Merritt, and Louis Stocks, three sisters: Pattie Shaffer Jones, Virginia Merritt, and Vickie M. Cook.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
