Judy Elizabeth (White) Jones

Judy Elizabeth White Jones, 71, of Dover passed away on Wednesday, July 14, 2021 at her son’s home. She enjoyed spending time with her family. Judy loved the outdoors and planting flowers in her flowerbed. She enjoyed watching college basketball but was an avid NC State Wolfpack basketball fan. Playing cards with her special friends was also one of her favorite past times.

Judy is preceded in death by her parents, Coy and Annie White and husband, Johnnie Jones.

Left to cherish her memories are her son, John Wayne Jones, Jr. (Stephanie) of Deep Run; grandchildren, Sage Jones and Owen Jones; sisters, Gailya Hill of Dover and Janet Mitchell of Cove City; many nieces and nephews and special group of close friends.

Visitation will be held from 6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Friday, July 16, 2021 at Garner Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, July 17, 2021 at White Family Cemetery in Dover with Pastor Eddie Griffin officiating.
