Mary Ellen Davis

Mary Ellen Davis , 87, of Wyse Fork, NC passed away peacefully on Friday, January 28, 2022.

She was the proud daughter of James Nelson and Mary Belle Basden of Jones County.

She spent her life caring for others as a CNA at the hospital, Home Health, and providing private duty care after retirement.

She will forever be cherished by her favorite pet son "Russell", her five children, Ronnie Davis, Joan D. Wall and husband Dana, Gerald Davis, Merle D. Farabow, MaryBeth D. Spence and husband Joey.

Grandmother and "Gaga" to nine grandchildren, ten great grandchildren, and one great great grandchild.

A very special thank you to her wonderful and caring health care giver Melissa Jensen.

Visitation will be held at Garner Funeral Home at 10:30 a.m.  to 11:30 a.m. on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. Graveside service will be held at Pinelawn Memorial Park at 12:00 p.m.
