Nellie Meadows Obituary

Nellie Mercer Meadows, 86, of Pink Hill passed away on Tuesday, August 18, 2020 at Lenoir Assisted Living in Pink Hill.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Jack E. Meadows, Sr. and her parents, George and Ruth Mercer.

Left to cherish her memories are her children, Donyah Pike and husband Gary of Kinston, Jack E. Meadows, Jr. and wife Maria of Kinston, Steve Martin Meadows and wife Marsha of Kinston and Todd Meadows and wife Stephanie of Pink Hill; grandchildren, Brad Pike, Justin Pike, Felica Pike, Jennifer Ellis, Jamie Smith, Emily Meadows, Stephanie Meadows, Ethan Meadows, Jamie Grady, Tommy Grady and Crystal Taylor; numerous great grandchildren; sisters, Dorothy Blevins and Marie Antwine.

Visitation will be held from 5:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday, August 20, 2020 at Garner Funeral Home. Graveside service will be held 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 21, 2020 at Pinelawn Memorial Park with Pastor Ruffin Hill officiating.
