Rita Carlyle Obituary

Rita Matthews Carlyle, 76, of Grifton passed away on Saturday, November 5, 2022. She was a loving caring mother. Rita enjoyed cooking and feeding her family. She loved to talk and always had a kind word for everyone she met.

Rita is preceded in death by her parents, John D. Matthews and Rita Matthews; brother, John D. Matthews, Jr. and husband, Robert Carlyle.

Left to cherish her memories is her daughter, Regina Taylor; son, Gary Daw Jr. and wife Amber; sister, Joann Lollar and husband Max; and special nieces.
