Wanda Kaye Russell

Wanda Kaye Russell, 69, of Snow Hill passed away on Sunday, November 7, 2021 at Kitty Askins Hospice Center.

Wanda was a member of the Lions Club. She enjoyed going to the beach and sitting by the ocean. For 26 years Wanda worked at UNC Lenoir Healthcare. She was loved by her work family and all her patients. Wanda loved her grandchildren and great grandchildren very much.

Left to cherish her memory is her daughters, Micki Quinn and Brandy Bryant and husband, Tony; grandchildren, Brittany Valdez and husband, Justin, Hillary Sauls and husband, David, Matthew Potter and wife, Amber, Harley Hardee and Jacob Cruz and wife, Hailey; great grandchildren, Hannah, Braiden, Hayden, Adilynn, Holden, Gabriella, River, Madilynn and Sullivan “Sully”; sister, Gail Wells and husband, Ronnie, Penny Skinner and husband, Victor; niece, Monica Stephens and husband, Chris and children, nephews, Charles Skinner and children; loving fur babies, Ava and Bella.

Visitation will be held from 6:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m. Thursday, November 11, 2021 at Garner Funeral Home.
